  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. 
Orders are NOT shipped Saturdays or Sundays.
Once your order is sent, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email after the following 5 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or email us the name and email you ordered under.
Gwinin Apparel Inc. US orders usually deliver in 3-5 business days.
  • CAN I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE FOR MY ITEMS PURCHASED?
Gwinin Apparel will not refund or exchange any worn items. To request a refund email GwininGear@gmail.com, customers are responsible for their own return, and back, shipment fee and the refund will not be granted until the item has been returned. 
WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS or items purchased during a sale. 
WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES ON DISCOUNTED ITEMS 

 

  • HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR MY RETURN?
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
